Hiring Employees

I have worked as a branch sales manager before. Since our company is centralized when it come to other departments, I also acted as a human resources in charge in our branch. I do the interview, the pre-employment screening and hiring. I take charge in filling up the vacant positions my branch has.

Hiring my own employees was one of my job descriptions I enjoyed most. Aside from the fact that I get to choose who I am going to hire, I have the chance to carefully examine them so that if they turn out to be bad employees, I have no one to blame but myself.

Anyway, hiring employees are easier than hitting our sales quota!
